Frequently Asked Questions...
Do you offer Evening and weekend appointments?
Do you offer a sliding-scale?
Yes! We believe it’s important to keep therapy accessible; therefore, we have a limited number of sliding-scale appointments. These are given on a first-come, first-served basis and are based on your household income. Feel free to call to discuss rates, but know that these spots go quickly.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards (including HSA accounts). Please note there is a $3 convenience fee for all credit card transactions.
Do you take insurance?
Yes! Fleurish accepts most Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Anthem insurance plans; we participate as an in-network provider. We can also assist you in filing out-of-network claims to be reimbursed if you would like to use a different insurance plan. In addition we are in-network with the following EAP providers: Lyra and E4 Health.
What are your fees?
The out-of-pocket cost of a 53-minute session with one of our fully-licensed therapists is $125. If you are using insurance you will pay your copay (unless there is a deductible to meet). The amount you pay while using insurance varies greatly depending on the plan. Before your first appointment we will verify your benefits and find out what that amount will be for you.
Do you prescribe medicine?
No, at this time the providers at Fleurish only provide psychotherapy. If in the course of therapy together, you would like to speak to someone about prescribing medicine, we can provide you with referrals to trusted psychiatrists to supplement your work in therapy.
