Contact Ken directly:
Ken joined the Fleurish team in June and currently has openings on Fridays.
Ken graduated with his Master’s in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University. Before relocating to Atlanta, Ken worked in a group practice in Cambridge, MA and saw college students from MIT and Harvard. Ken has also worked as a social worker with the Department of Veterans Affairs in Atlanta and in Boston, MA, and in outpatient psychotherapy centers in Brooklyn, NY and around Massachusetts.
As a part of Fleurish Ken works with adults 18+ who want to improve their relationships, work-life balance, and moods to create the lives they want to live. Clients who work well with Ken may have symptoms of depression, addiction, grief, mood dysregulation, PTSD, identity issues, and/or life transition stress.
One life transition that Ken works well with and knows about himself is the transition to fatherhood. If you are a new dad (or know of one) who is overwhelmed by all the adjustments that come with your precious newborn, schedule an appointment with Ken.
In his own words, Ken “believe[s] that for therapy to be successful, it needs to be a collaborative experience in which you feel safe, respected, and truly understood. I partner with adults and couples of all ages to develop an effective treatment plan grounded in kindness, compassion, and curiosity.”
Ken currently is accepting self-pay and sliding-scale clients as he awaits paneling with Anthem/BCBS and GATech’s student health care plan through United.
