Do you offer Evening and weekend appointments?

Yes! We have several therapists with evening and weekend appointments. Reach out and we can help find a therapist who will be a good fit for you.

Do you offer a sliding-scale?

Yes! We believe it’s important to keep therapy accessible; therefore, we have a limited number of sliding-scale appointments. These are given on a first-come, first-served basis and are based on your household income. Feel free to call to discuss rates, but know that these spots go quickly.

Lorena is also working towards her licensure, and therefore offers therapy at the reduced rate of $75.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards (including HSA accounts).

Do you take insurance?


Yes! Fleurish accepts Blue Cross/Blue Shield/Anthem and GA Tech’s United insurance plans; we participate as an in-network provider. We are currently waiting to be paneled with Cigna. We can also assist you in filing out-of-network claims to be reimbursed if you would like to use a different insurance plan.

What are your fees?

The fees of our licensed therapists vary based on experience and other factors. Feel free to reach out directly to a therapist to ask their self-pay rate.

The cost of a session with an associate-licensed clinician is a self-pay rate of $75.

If you are using an insurance we are in-network with, you will pay your copay (unless there is a deductible to meet). The amount you pay while using insurance varies greatly depending on the plan. Before your first appointment we will verify your benefits and find out what that amount will be for you.  

Do you prescribe medicine?

No, at this time the providers at Fleurish only provide psychotherapy. If in the course of therapy together, you would like to speak to someone about prescribing medicine, we can provide you with referrals to trusted psychiatrists to supplement your work in therapy.
