Katherine’s Specialties:
Family Systems
Family relationships can be both our greatest source of support and our deepest source of stress. Often, my clients are navigating complex family dynamics that leave them feeling misunderstood, resentful, or stuck in old patterns. I help individuals to explore these dynamics through a systemic lens, uncovering how roles, expectations, and communication styles shape their experiences. My style is thoughtful, curious, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where new patterns can emerge. If you’re ready to shift your family story, I’m here to support you.
Anxiety in Women
Women often carry invisible loads of expectation, perfectionism, and emotional labor that can manifest as chronic anxiety. I frequently work with women who feel pressured to “hold it all together” while silently struggling inside. My aim is to be empathetic and affirming, helping women break free from unrealistic standards, listen to their inner voice, and trust their own pace. You’ll experience a space where your strengths are celebrated and your struggles are met with real, actionable support. If you’re seeking relief and resilience, I would be honored to walk with you.
Relationships
Relationships are at the heart of our well-being, but they can also bring up deep insecurities, frustrations, and unmet needs. Many clients seek help when they feel disconnected, unheard, or stuck in painful cycles with partners, friends, or family. I support individuals and couples in building healthier communication, understanding attachment patterns, and fostering deeper intimacy and connection. My goal is to be direct but compassionate — I will help you face tough moments without judgment. If you’re ready to move from disconnection to deeper understanding, I’m here to help guide the way.
Transitions in Life
Change — even positive change — can feel overwhelming, disorienting, and lonely. Whether it’s starting a new career, moving cities, becoming a parent, or navigating loss, many clients come to me during times of transition feeling uncertain and ungrounded. I help people find meaning in change, process grief and hope, and build confidence in their next steps. With a calm and steady presence, I help you reconnect to your inner resilience. If you’re in a season of change and want support as you find your way, I’m here to help.
Become the most embodied version of yourself; take control of your life.
You’ve been holding so much for so long—and you don’t have to do it alone. If anxiety, self-doubt, or the weight of others’ expectations has left you feeling stretched thin, therapy can offer the space to breathe, reflect, and rebuild. This is a place where your inner wisdom is honored, your struggles are met with compassion, and your strengths are seen—even when you can’t see them yourself. If you’re ready to stop just surviving and start feeling like yourself again, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s begin—together.
