I especially enjoy working with women navigating ADHD, LGBTQ+ clients exploring identity and relationships, and individuals interested in polyamory or consensual nonmonogamy. I provide affirming, inclusive therapy that honors the complexity of your experiences and supports you in building a life that feels aligned with who you are.

  • I work with individuals, folks in non-monogamous relationships, and families of all gender identities, sexual identities, and cultural identities who are 18 years old and older.

  • I am in-network with United Healthcare Student Resources, Aetna, and Cigna.

  • I can also see out-of-network, self-pay clients, and can provide a superbill for reimbursement or application towards a deductible.
