Elise’s Specialties:

Compassionate Therapy for Anxiety, Life Transitions, and Self-Discovery

When life feels overwhelming or out of control, it can be difficult to know where to turn. Anxiety, depression, grief, major life transitions, and feelings of disconnection from yourself or others can leave you feeling stuck, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted. Therapy can provide a space to better understand what you’re experiencing and help you regain a sense of clarity, balance, and direction.

I provide warm, thoughtful, and affirming therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, loss, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for your unique experiences. Together, we’ll explore both the challenges you are facing and the strengths you already possess so you can make choices that feel authentic and aligned with your values.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, and person-centered approaches to tailor treatment to your individual needs. Whether you are looking to build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, process difficult experiences, or reconnect with yourself, therapy can help you feel more empowered and supported.

I have experience working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and identities, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free environment where you can openly explore all aspects of your identity and experiences.

My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and more connected to yourself as you navigate life’s challenges and growth.
